Steps
Usually all of my published work is a panorama (so 2 or more photos)
expose all the photos in Photoshop camera raw (not in this video)
Merge all the photos together using Microsoft ICE (free)
crop and expose the photo
fix blemishes
expose the shadows
fix noise if there are
Usually each and every photo take me 20 minutes - then there is just the upload to do :)
and of cause the final result:
