Hi, Dear Steemian Friends. Today I want to share with you in the #architecturalphotography category, what I call an Alien building in Macao. This building is on Taipa Island in Macao. I am not sure what the building is used for and owned by who. I've been close to the building to take some picture but was unable to find what is it used for, but at the place, the building is standing all the surrounding buildings are owned by a casino. So there are 99% chances it is a casino. Many time in the past year I've seen it from far in the airport when waiting for boarding a plane. As when I go to Macao I prefer to stay in Macao old town where there are much more things to see than just only casinos. This time just before taking the plane back home, I have taken some time to go walking on Taipa island just to look around and take some pictures for sharing with you. After walking for 2 hours in between casinos, I came across this building and take a few pictures. My only regret is I cannot get enough distance from it to show you the three holes inside the building. It is a crazy shaped building with three holes in the center. It is a rectangle made of dark glasses and rounded corners with bloby shaped holes in the center that allows people from a distance to see through the building. It is recovered from a web-like structure that reminds me some of the alien or sci-fi movies from the 80'. It would be interesting to go inside at the place of the holes and see how it looks like. Anyway, it is not the kind of shape we are used to seeing in architecture. I hope you like it.
