Outstanding! I remember when I was in boot camp, before you were allowed on liberty you had to watch a film on STDs and the effects of alcohol on the decision making process.

I also read that the black community was selected for the Tuskegee Experiments because they were believed to be more sexually promiscuous, therefore giving researchers a larger field for study. Once again, very well done!
