I haven't done one of these in a while. I'll be back to my expose' on organized pedophilia and Satanic mind control in a day or two, but Bruno has suffered either a stroke or an acute ear infection. On Wed. evening at about 5pm Bruno began staggering and falling all over the place... those who follow me know that we're both old guys- I'm 74 and Bruno is 16, pretty old for a dog. He can't walk and he's too big for me to carry (plus I'm working with very limited funds) so I'm having to rely on the Pet Md website for information.

The symptoms for stroke and an inner ear infection are similar so I'm treating him for both. I'm giving him daily doses of amoxicillin and aspirin to thin his blood. To tell the truth I'm a little confused. Ear infections often cause a dog to shake his head which lead me to believe it may be a stroke. Conversely, stroke symptoms don't mention nausea (which he had). The website says that most dogs start showing improvement from a stroke after 72 hours and he is able to stand now. But he can't walk without falling. It's heartbreaking to watch and right now I can't focus on working.

My biggest concern at the moment is that he hasn't eaten or drunk any water since Wed. afternoon. I realize that he's old and he isn't going to be with me forever (actually I hoped I'd be the first to go). But then he wouldn't have anyone to look after him... old age sucks- "golden years" my ass!!! Anyway, I hope to be back to work in a day or two, and I'm sorry for the interruption in my series- but Bruno comes first. I'll keep you posted on his progress... one of the first comments when I got back on Steemit was "how's Bruno," not how have you been? Hopefully, I'll have good news and I thank everybody for their support.
