I am pushing on with gentle exercise, trying to recover from the chronic fatigue of Long-COVID. I went for a walk this evening in a local park.
It's a great time of year to be out. Many trees are pushing new growth, and many berry bushes are starting to fruit.
The firs and pines have a lush quality to them. The needle bundles are fantastic homes for spiders.

With the sun starting to go down on the horizon, the pattern of light through the canopy changed from minute to minute. Plenty of dead leaves on the floor help to enrich the soil and promote the growth of new plants.

The dead leaves on the trees also make good homes for spiders. I liked the contrast between the lime green bokeh and the dead brown leaves on the twig:

The fruit flowers are starting to turn now; as the plant's go-to fruit. It makes for beautiful shows of white against the green, although I will miss the bees lingering on the flowers.

I enjoyed my little photo walk today - and I hope you enjoyed the moments I captured. I was planning on doing more macro work. However, I left my flash at home.
