This evening, we rounded up the troops for some role playing adventures. (Mariah has had both of her vaccine doses already---she works for OHSU, and Ellie has had her first---she works for the Cowlitz Indian Tribe's medical office. The rest of us are freewheeling, but we see each other most days. Our "immediate family" just has three houses. If I go amongst any other folks, I wear a mask... Even for knocks at the door.)
Alec and Frankie brought a whole set-up, including hand painted minis and pieces that Alec sculpted himself! Serious stuff!!! THIS is gaming...

It was a great time (we're going to try again next Saturday night), and the vanilla frozen yogurt with Heath bits over chocolate brownie was INVALUABLE (in terms of mental health / morale.) If you've never actual played a role playing game, they are remarkably engrossing and entertaining (especially when the Dungeon Master, Frankie's husband, Alec, in our case, throws themself whole heartedly into preparing the campaign... Right down to sculpting and painting a blob monster for us to fight! Cool....)
In other news, I've been arting it up, lately! Here are a few recent pieces:
If you are amused by this type of nonsense, you have my permission to visit my NFT Showroom gallery to see about 100 OTHER funky chunks of ephemera (far more than 100 if you click the "See All Art" button and scan through all the junk that's already sold, too!!!)

By the way, this ain't a sales pitch, either, it's an invitation to share some laughs with me! If you know of any OTHER fun online galleries that you think I might enjoy looking through, I'd love for you to drop a link in the comments!
Meanwhile, stay safe! Wash your hands, and try to enjoy being alive---especially the simple things (and folks) that bring you happiness. Those are keepers!!!
