Guilt is a voluntary feeling that a person feels for having committed an incorrect act and this is not the same in all cases, that is, there are different types of blame.
Guilt is a feeling that can lead to various types of agreement situations as the person assumes it, but it mostly has very negative effects. On that order of ideas I want to base my reflection on three types of guilt that we find in the Bible.
First, let's look at Adan's fault.
As we all know, Adam and Eve were the first people that God created and entrusted him with a task where he instructed him about what they should do and what they should not, but Adam disobeyed God's order and submitted to the will of Eve his companion
The Bible says in Genesis 3.8-12 as follows:
8 And they heard the voice of Jehovah God walking in the garden, in the air of the day; and the man and his wife hid from the presence of Jehovah God among the trees of the garden.
9 But Jehovah God called man, and said, Where are you?
10 And he said, I heard your voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; And I hid
11 And God said to him, Who taught you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree that I sent you not to eat?
12 And the man said, The woman you gave me as a companion gave me the tree, and I ate
We interpret in the verses cited that Adan after disobeying God immediately blamed the woman God had given her as a companion
This action of Adam must call us to reflection and understand that when we fail we must have the responsibility to assume our mistakes and our guilt without having to point to others and find the right way to solve the situation.

Adan and Eva tried to evade their guilt by looking for a culprit in their disobedience, for example Adan blames Eva and Eva blamed the snake and brought a reaction where they both hid from God but what we must be certain of is that no one can hide from God
Second fault
Peter was a follower of Jesus and was strengthened in the faith after many mistakes and by the Bible we also know that Peter had a feeling of guilt for having betrayed the Lord Jesus Christ but his reaction was very different from the fault that Adam and Eve had.
Let's read what the Bible tells us about this situation.
Matthew 26: 69-75 Reina-Valera 1960 (NIV)
69 Peter was sitting outside in the courtyard; and a maid approached him, saying: You were also with Jesus the Galilean.
70 But he denied before all, saying, I do not know what you say.
71 He went out to the door, saw another, and said to those who were there: This one was also with Jesus the Nazarene.
72 But he denied again with an oath: I do not know the man.
73 A little later, as those who were there approached, they said to Peter: Truly you are also theirs, because even your way of speaking discovers you.
74 Then he began to curse and swear: I do not know the man. And then he sang the rooster.
75 Then Peter remembered the words of Jesus, who had said to him: Before the rooster crows, you will deny me three times.
And going outside, he wept bitterly (Reina-Valera 1960 (RVR1960)
We can see that Peter had a feeling of guilt that tore his soul and wept bitterly of repentance because he understood that betraying his master to his lord was not worth it, because He was his savior therefore later ran at the feet of Jesus .
And finally we are to blame for Judas Iscariot
Judas Iscariot was one of those who walked with Jesus and was the treasurer of the Lord's ministry but turned out to be a traitor because he sold the Lord for thirty silver coins. The Bible tells us the following:

Then Judas, the one who had given him, seeing that Jesus had been condemned, felt remorse and returned the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and the elders (New American Standard)
Judas Iscariot had a feeling of guilt but remorse for having sold the Lord but his response to his regret was quite unusual since his guilt led him to become a murderer.
Three blames three men and three different consequences for a single feeling that should call us to the attention to know how to identify the correct action when we present this type of situation Guilt is not manageable without the presence of God in our lives we need Jesus to be able to free ourselves from guilt
