Your reflection is very interesting! Currently there are programs and help for children with these types of limitations with a special education teacher or a reading specialist. Although many schools lack these but for example for children with dyslexia problems it can be disturbing and disconcerting for parents as many parents are not sure what the next steps are, or what kind of help is available. The good news is that with proper instruction (and support at home) children can advance in language.
