There's a huge amount of buffering going on. I don't think dlive can fully handle 1080p 60 at this moment.

Well, it worked. Can't believe nobody else thought to just say "change rtmp to http". Don't know how they were able to just use what dlive gave them and just worked.

Try using 3500 cbr. Usually works for me on twitch when I'm doing 1080p 60
