Problems installing Python (3.7) lib STEEM, dep pycrypto fails (and is no longer maintained)

Lib pycryptodome is more up to date & installable with PY 3.7.

Any way to get STEEM lib installed with pycryptodome?

Otherwise I'll need to do hard way installing Vis C++ compiler.

If there is enough need for STEEM lib, surely STEEM should be relinked to pycryptodome?

My Dev machine is Win7. My live machine will be linux based NAS. Need to use GCC on NAS to compile libs there?
