The working environment is one of the most important factors that can help a company to move towards success. When we talk about the working environment, we are not only talking about the physical environment that we can see like office rooms, desk, chair, computer, and other necessary accessories but only the environment that we cannot see but we can feel.
The relationship among colleagues, the mindset of helping others, inspiring employees to work, etc can be the environment that you can feel, but it is not visible in front of the eyes. If there is unnecessary too much pressure, it will not affect the overall performance positively.
