This is hard when you work for a certain period of time and you see things are not working. Frankly speaking, there is a big difference between what you see from outside and what is actually going on when you do that.
You need to understand the reality. Maybe you can change your approach and make different content that you like. Or, you can focus on what you are good at and really passionate about.
