Application stops, While doing a re-record using the "Restart" feature

Expected behavior
After I start recording and restart the recording, the app stops. I think the Restart feature should work fine and not cause the app to stop.
Actual behavior
When I start recording a video with the "start" feature, but I want to restart the recording via the "Restart" feature, the app stops automatically.

- System Operating : 7.1.0 Nougat
- App Version : 1.3.21
How to reproduce
You can get the CozyDVR app on Playstore or F-Droid. After successfully installing the app, the first step you should do:
- Open App
- Record with the feature "start"
- Once the app starts recording the video, then click on the "restart" feature to do the recording again. Then the application will stop. You can click the feature "restart" more than once.
- Then the app will stop automatically.
