Keep healthy and happy

I photographed this portrait in the morning. The handtractor's machine had been left for days in the field. I was thinking, maybe someday I will like the machine. Like an existing product expiration period. Maybe we'll all feel that way. Our time has run out, and the quality of our bodies is gone.

If we just only train the physical quality, just as the handtractor machine will surely be expired. But if we train our souls, like the sun, then it will always be alive. Until the time already set.

But one thing we must always remember. We can't be like the sun, or as a handtractor. However, we can be like his shadow. Isn't enough to make everything matter?
