Death stopped by the house on Thursday. She said she was lonely and wondered if maybe Rudi would mind going with her, to keep her company on her long lonely travels. Rudi told her that he'd be happy to go with her but only if it was OK with us. We told Rudi we'd miss him but it was getting hard for him to get around as of late and he had been tired. Death said he would romp like a puppy again if he went with her. We all gave him a hug... and he was gone. Maybe one day, when she comes for me, Rudi and I can get together again.
