I've got a fair chunk of Hive sitting around on Hive engine idling doing nothing and I'm planning to gradually swap that out over a period of two months for stables, LEO (paired with BNB) and Cub (I will pair this with stables, but I've got plenty of those sitting around already!)
Hive-Engine makes this pretty easy to do, so I'm just going to do the following on a rotation basis:
- day one swap 50 Hive for swap.busd - pool together
- day two swap 50 Hive for Leo
- REPEAT.
When I get up to 1000 LEO (combined with my earnings) I'll transfer to Binance Smart chain and then alternately...
- Swap ALL for Cub and pool with stables I've already got.
- Swap HALF for BNB and pool together - unless I can find some additional BNB from elsewhere, although my feeling ATM is just to swap out the LEO.
Oh, and I'll be swapping 20 Hive a day for SPS as well.
I did a spread sheet....
After 70 days my additional holdings will look like this...
Stables/ LEO/ CUB
I halved the amount of LEO to reflect the BNB swaps.
This assumes that the prices of all assets remain the same, which of course they won't!
With the stables after 70 days I'll decided what I want to do with them - hold/ or spend on something else.... SOME of them I might choose to use as the stable/ BNB pair for CUB/ LEO.
Oh, ALL my additional LEO/ CUB ecosystem funds I want paired from now on.
Hedging against LEO/ CUB going down....
IF Leo and Cub go down I will simply sell Cub from BSC and LEO swapped back to Hive to cover my losses. I'll adjust every few days.
IF they go up, then FINE! I'll just end up with less and more of the other pairs!
I don't want to sell more than 3000 Hive - It's < 5% of my current stake so 3K is fine!
