@onchainart, I don't think that rule, is good. What about artist that draws other people like celebrities. It's same with drawing an art piece. Because both artist are replicating the image of the someone and the art piece, they like. As long as he didn't just copy and pasted it, he should be right to do it. He used different colours and his own is far better looking than the original.
