After having read through the proposal, on the one hand encouraging users to up-vote posts, comment on posts, and reply to comments could not only help with users getting more curation rewards, but even though posts will earn less, because they're getting more votes they might actually end up earning more overall.
As for the other proposed changes, it seems to me like it should be fairly easy to come up with much better, smoother, and more common sense ideas.
