A really nice and simple treat. When I need to spread something like that out in a pan I've found it helpful to take a large metal spoon and spray the back of it with pam, then the spoon slides really easily and doesn't stick as I'm spreading things out. Perhaps you can do a video about how to make marshmallow fondant.
