Appics is the first ICO launched on the Steem blockchain, via Steem Media Tokens. It is like Instagram, but users earn cryptocurrency by creating photos and videos.
An extra feature that I like very much, is that it integrates a shopping cart with the user's profile. This makes Appics more friendly towards entrepreneurs who are looking to promote their business online.
Around a third of the team are female. That is the most females I have ever seen on a tech companies main team.
