This was a really interesting read. I’ve never lived in the US either, but from the outside it honestly looks like a country that’s always debating with itself. There’s so much strength and influence there, but also a lot of contradictions that are hard to miss. I don’t think one person can truly represent a place that big and diverse, but I understand what you mean about conflict being part of its identity. Sometimes it just feels like one big family arguing at the dinner table. Really made me think.
