Big changes are coming to my life and I have not been able to sleep properly for a while.
I usually sleep like a baby but somehow I'm not able to do it properly.

Since I couldn't sleep I used the old technique of listening to several podcasts until I fell asleep.

The truth is that it has worked wonderfully and after about 30 minutes I started to feel tired to the point of falling asleep. I will share with you some of the podcasts I've listened.

Saifedean - Bondapocalypse with Greg Foss

Saifedean is the autor of the Bitcoin Standard.
He normally hosts different interviews related to the Bitcoin world and economic theory. In this case, he interviews Greg Foss, a Bitcoin OG that I found recently, I like him very much. He is an expert in bonds and his opinions seem very well founded.
I recommend you to listen this interview, really good exchanges of ideas.

Erik Voorhees knows how to stop crypto’s biggest threat

Erik Voorhees is one of my favorite freedom activists with liberal ideas. I love to listen him expose their ideas.
A really interesting interview to him from some months ago by Coindesk.

Here the summary:

0:00 Intro
1:21 Why should money be separated from the State?
3:10 Is there a coordinated effort to kill crypto in the U.S.?
4:21 Is the crypto crackdown beneficial for Bitcoin?
6:12 Are we witnessing the final showdown between crypto and the State?
7:55 Can DeFi win the race for the hearts and minds of people?
9:33 If you were the U.S. president, what would your approach to crypto be?
10:31 Can “open and immutable code” be the only foundation of the future financial system?

George Soros Lecture Series: Financial Markets

I've read about George Soros before, every time I've read about him, they've criticized him. I decided to listen to some of their ideas about markets, efficient market hypothesis and bubbles. To my surprise their ideas are really interesting, he is really smart.

Soros is known as the man who bankrupted the Bank of England when he shorter the pound £ in a liquidity crisis.

This podcast is really tough, if you are not super super interested in economics like I wouldn't recommend it.
Here the summary:

1:23 | Efficient market hypothesis is wrong otherwise I wouldn't be rich.
5:11 | Bubbles, boom and bust cycles.
10:20 | Real estate bubble and credit.
13:24 | Currency market waves, financial authorities.
16:04 | Guessing the market's direction is impossible.
16:09 | Rational expectations theory is wrong.
19:00 | Financial crisis proved mathematical models are wrong.
21:22 | Range of uncertainty is also uncertain.
23:30 | Explaining the financial crisis of 2008.
26:41 | Interventionist policies.
28:23 | Emerging markets bubble averted.
29:34 | A financial crisis is not just a bad dream.
31:00 | Monetary tools are not enough.
33:02 | Dotcom bubble.
34:55 | Synthetic securities, CDOs regulated or forbidden.
35:12 | Too big too fail institution solutions.
37:15 | Equity risk held by banks is ignored.
38:55 | How to solve a crisis.
40:15 | Theory of reflexivity provide better explanation than behavioral economics.
41:21 | My theory is not ready yet but efficient market hypothesis is shit.
