A job interview is the information is collected by asking the different question is known as the work site collect information by face to face for job analysis. Generall,y interview is asking a question by face to face and using this method, the job analysis spends time with the employees in order to gather information about the job. there are three types of the interview to collect job analysis data.
Individual interview-
It is an interview with the individual employees and result of this interview are combined into a single job analysis.
Group Interview-
The group interview is interviewed to a group access the information relating the different aspect of the similar job.
Supervisor interview-
It is also held by an organization. The data obtained from a supervisor is used to discern the common and critical aspect of a job.
In this method, the information can be obtained easily on certain answers can be proved. Better accuracy is insured. It facilitated two-way communication.
But the accuracy of the information depends on the interview. It is impossible to collect information from all workers. This method is time-consuming and expensive.
