I've been in the gaming industry for many years and ever since I was young I enjoyed "Battle Chess". After reading the document a few times, its a crazy read btw, it seems this new game will be leaning towards this genre. There will also be a poker element to this game. I assume making the battles longer than something like Splinterlands. This might be a good thing or bad thing. For myself I don't have much time, so we will see how that works later.
This game also reminded me of a game Im very familiar with, Eye of Judgment (2008, PS3). I was a community leader working with Sony on that game.
I really wish that game was still around and using NFTs, it was WAY ahead of its time using AR Codes and a Camera. The gameplay was glorified chess also.

Whats also nice about Ragnarok is all the NFTs will be dropped on HIVE accounts via HIVE and HIVE POWER. So the more you have, the more NFTs from this game you will be able to claim.
So Im betting we'll see a mad dash to get HIVE in the next few days as the snapshot will be taken sometime Jan 6th 2022.
Dan will be also hosting a AMA sometime before that, I've been stacking as much HIVE/HIVE Power as I can.
They also have been hinting about amazing card art which we have yet to see one photo, I think im more excited to see this more than anything!
