once a leader start with a good example, the followers will do just exactly what he/she is doing, where it get hard is, if a leader only speak about the plans or tasks to be done but he/she do not show example.

lf this happens such enterprise will be going backward, managing is just simple, more simple in the way that, if a manager understand that, in each plans, policy's and procedures, he/she still have to be the person who start the play.
