I kept track but not very well. Before the hardfork (when I was paying attention) 7-8% with some days above 8% is what I was noticing. I seen the higher end increase to 10% after the hardfork. Currently at 7% but I slacked off on my curation here n there over the past week or more. Your vote value is going down because Hive USD value has dipped. Each fraction of a penny becomes more meaningful the lower the Hive Token USD worth dips to. Ex. going from valued at 10 cents to 9 cents is a 10% decrease thus your max USD vote value will decrease 10% in USD worth. As opposed to a one cent drop from a value of $1.00 per token would mean a 1% drop in USD vote value. At least that is how I understand it. Other factors like token inflation and how many curators are active on any given day play a factor but it be near impossible to calculate in such things to any degree of accuracy. Thus my simple formula above to determine such things. Which is summed up to: Higher USD worth per Hive Token/ higher USD worth ones vote is worth.
