This isn't just a giveaway announcement post nor a template. Its advertising Splinterlands/ Rebellion and how to purchase and transfer Rebellion Packs on a Hive Dex (in this case TribalDex). What you are seeing is a clever way to advertise multiple aspects of the Splinterlands game disguised in a winners announcement post. I used this tactic for years in WEB2 and now WEB3 (it works great). That being said, I'll try to remember to not include winners announcements in any of my Social Media Challenges going forward.
