On this day and at this time

To the awesomeness of someone, I needed to take a bow
Of a virtual grammatical descriptive kind.
Which suddenly cast a glimmer on my punctuation dilemma
This is the story as it unfolded

Because my communication was a virtual one conveyed in words

I did my best to express my feelings
Using the punctuations that had been afforded me.

The art was her own

Which I notated with an apostrophe

The beauty of which
Caused my ego to be swollen.
Not in days but in hours and minutes
So as I pinpointed the exact time… I did so
with a Colon

And because I wanted to separate certain parts of my communication/explanation

Using language that was heaven sent
It was indeed a qualifying statement within a sentence
So I used parentheses.

Now don’t get it twisted I was not trying to appease

This magnificent artist in rare form.

It was just how her work struck my heart space

And took me by surprise
My muse she had become in an instance in my eyes
Which in the blink of an eye caused me to level up
Betwixt the Cat’s whiskers and the Bee's Knees.

So imagine my dilemma

When I wanted to bow in the presence of such
A Magnanimous, incredible Enigma of creativity
And then everything stopped suddenly
Because I could not find a
Punctuation that would show my gratitude and appreciate
There was/is no punctuation
For the action to bow.

So I settled for an emoji

I guess emoji is the Captain Now.
