Sure, again I'm not a tech guy, just feelings that might be the case. Under heavy load blockchains tend to go unresponsive or bloat in a specific point (databases, or API calls) as sometimes there are several connections that the system identify as different but they are just one. So there is a 5-6 second delay until data appears. Customer click it again, new request generated etc.
Again, im just a tourist in infra. But thats my feeling. Try to locate the devs from Hive-engine or Dcity (I dont remember the name right now) they are usually super knowledgeable about the whole system. Also Khal on inleo ofc, but those are busy people 😅
