The experiment started in May 2019 and aim at answering to questions: "is this Ethereum address controlled by a human?" The idea is to build a Sybil-resistant system, it would unlock lots of new opportunities. Imagine being able to prove you are human and unique on Internet then voting, reputation, credit and much much more become possible.
