The downvote is revenge-flagging. He had a post that he bidbotted up to the top of trending, and I joined a wave of post-HF21 downvotes to clean the trending page, which reset his rewards to a more reasonable level. From the comments in his post, it looks like he tried to retaliate against all of the people who downvoted him.
