说起炖排骨，我也是自己摸索和听取老妈的建议包括上网搜索得来的经验。主材料是排骨，冬瓜，海带，在加强我决定的厨艺自然称得上是“美味佳肴”！说起来“做饭”自己也就是这两年喜欢上的，感觉很有意思，最初一些“酸甜苦辣咸”的食材让我改变的别有风味，再加上家人的支持和赞扬，让我的成就感爆棚！l

今天开周例会的时候，伟哥说到：“咱们店技术调音这块，可以打算安排外调学习培训，把调音技术扎扎实实的掌握！”而且还让影哥和我下去沟通商量，听完我顿时很高兴，对我们技术力量又能“增砖添瓦”，“锦上添花”！而且伟哥每月还会参加“早检”工作，亲自测试，可以看出他对6年店，音响设备的关注与重视！想到这我们技术部一定要努力工作，学习，摸索研究，不能辜负大哥们的“心”！d

下午媳妇和我还有几个朋友一起去了一趟游泳馆，我的游泳技术很是一般，我们比赛了游泳速度，潜水时间，同时也交流了一些自己总结的经验和一些常识；最重要的是今天给媳妇也教会了游泳，她还有点小激动，但是她的换气还需要加强锻炼。感觉今天很充实，借着休假的时间做一些平时计划但没落实的事情。同时也和朋友之间增进了友谊。d

中午在家里给儿子简单过了一个2岁生日，在切蛋糕的时候，看着两个小家伙激动兴奋的样子，女儿唱起了“生日快乐”，前两块块蛋糕让她端给了爷爷奶奶，后来给妈妈，然后给弟弟，最后我切了一块相对大一点的给女儿，也是对她的奖励，有些基本的礼貌只能是做家长“直接要求”慢慢的成习惯自然也会理解。L

今天休假，临时知道嫂子身体不舒服，本来打算我和媳妇8点钟起床去探望生病的嫂子。可是刚吃完早饭就下起了大雨，提前也看过天气预报是小雨，所以只好等雨小点了骑电车去，应为专医院门口太堵了。所以，出行前要有计划和打算。l

本月的干部活动与以前大有不同，维尚店干部和西峡两店的干部层一起联谊。这次的活动是我们最和蔼可敬的“大家长”伟哥精心安排的，大家都非常高兴和感谢，在活动之前善国兄弟作为这次活动的负责人，也很用心的做出很多细节的考虑，比如安排桌次表，规划流程，买包子，买烧鸡，饮料等，更能体现出他的用心和细心。E

早上起床女儿就跑过来说：“今天弟弟过生日！”我便装扮不知道，我说是今天吗？她很肯定的说：“今天是弟弟过2岁生日，还要吃生日蛋糕”！我便笑了起来，明白了她的“小心思”。于是我抱过她说：“蛋糕昨天都定好了，中午拿回来就行了”。女儿说是小猪佩奇蛋糕还是火车蛋糕，还是芭比娃娃蛋糕，很多的猜测嘀咕了一会……看着她那可爱的样子，我便微笑看着她。r

看到来店里的情侣们都很开心的样子，有拿玫瑰花的，有拿蛋糕的，还有拿戒指的等等全部被节日气氛笼罩着；今天没有收到礼物但是送出去了礼物给老婆，就像大家常说的：“生活要有仪式感”，偶尔的惊喜浪漫也是对生活质量和家庭和睦的建基！h

今天用班前会时间与晚班家人一起练习了队列，一方面是有几位新加入的家人他们的队列动作不是很标准，看到别的兄弟姐妹在班前会的动作和自己的相比，能看出他们自己都有些“尴尬”，为了起到统一标准；另一方面也是对其他老家人们的练习及检阅，提升大家的精，气，神，调整好状态，准备进入“工作模式”！h
