LGU - TLDC: Intelligent Training and Analytics System (Mobile App Development Journey)

This is one of my ongoing mobile application projects called "TLDCEScholar," developed as part of our capstone system for the Technology and Livelihood Development Center (TLDC) of Bago City (LGU).

The main project is titled “LGU - TLDC: Intelligent Training and Analytics System," which consists of a web system for both admin and applicants, and this mobile application serves specifically for the applicants’ side.

The app is still under development, and not all features are fully functional yet. However, some modules are already successfully connected to the database, which makes it an important step in the overall system integration.

There are still features that need improvement, debugging, and completion, but every working part represents progress toward a fully functional system.

This project is not just about building software — it is about developing a real-world system that can help streamline training applications and data management for TLDC programs in Bago City.

Through this development, I’ve learned how important proper system design is, especially when integrating web and mobile platforms, handling databases, and ensuring consistent data flow between different users.

Even though it is still in progress, I’m proud of how it is slowly coming together as a working system.

I will continue improving and completing the remaining features as we move toward final implementation. 💻📊
