"Everything has a shadow
Living or not,
even our emotions create shadow sometimes!"
Is not it very true? Shadow creates wonder in nature. But not only in nature, more than that. A photo can tell thousands of words. And shadow adds another thousand, I guess. Especially the afternoon shadow, there's something more in it. The long shades tell a different story in a picture!
I was not very conscious about looking for shadows around me. But I have to approve, this 'shadow hunters' community made a positive impact on me. Now when I capture a photo I look closely if I'm capturing it well to bring some shadow.
I took these photos many years back during my visit to the Southern part of Bangladesh. There's an Island name 'Moheshkhali' which is a very green place. We needed to take a water vehicle ride to reach that place. And to ride on the boat we had to pass this wooden bridge. Look, everyone is busy passing the bridge with their baggage.
Well, this is not a shadow photo but I intended to share this to show you how the place looks. It's muddy, rusty and a little messy place. You can see the boats, though they are not very safe to pass the huge river to reach the Island I was talking about. But fishermen usually go there riding those types of boats.
So, that's it. All my random words about shadows. I hope you like my captures.
