Black Carpenter ants!

Crown of thrones is one of our common flower. In my rooftop garden there are several mini plants, I would say a flower/throne bush there. It looks amazing when the red beauty comes out.

Today, I found two black Carpenter ants roaming around the plants. They were communicating continuously. I guess they were talking about something important! Well jokes apart, I didn't disturbed them at all and let them do their business.

I don't know it it's the blooming season of this flower. Because it's mid summer and I guess it blooms around fall or early winter. Maybe I'm wrong.

Hive makes my eyes sharp to observe my surrounding. Otherwise, I would miss these tiny creatures.
