Part of me thinks it's because I don't have a big social circle in real life, so writing becomes an outlet for me to share my thoughts at any time (versus need to find someone who is free to talk to), Hive is a nice platform to write on (compared to a blog) because there is a community that I can engage and bounce ideas off.
