Thank you for sharing your experience. I, too, am a victim of this phenomenon.
If I have writer’s block, I just take time off of writing for a bit to divert that pressure into creating and convert it to inspiration. It doesn’t necessarily mean I have no ideas, just that ideas haven’t come to me yet, so I wait.
