It is part of what must be done to stay focused and organized, a classic example of this is people who are addicted to cigarettes, it is a voluntary decision that is worked at the level Psychological and that by creating a habit and a daily disciplinary routine, we will be able to control. We know that it is very difficult to change a habit that one has, but a positive part that we should think about.

We must have our mind focused on what we want to achieve and create healthy habits to maintain this self-discipline.
