今天在1楼前台值班一位坐着轮椅的女客人刚从楼上下来，这是我和保安部的家人们一起帮助他的朋友们安全的“着落”到车场。这时刚巧伟哥也看到，并马上让我到前台拿两个毛绒玩具要赠送给这位女客人，拿到后伟哥小跑到车场很热情的双手递上。可以看出客人很出乎意料显得很开心的样子。后来明白伟哥的意思，像这样的客人在此情况还选择了我们，也是对我们的认同和支持，也反应出我们平时对客人的关注和服务的态度。Z

早上起床女儿就跑过来说：“今天弟弟过生日！”我便装扮不知道，我说是今天吗？她很肯定的说：“今天是弟弟过2岁生日，还要吃生日蛋糕”！我便笑了起来，明白了她的“小心思”。于是我抱过她说：“蛋糕昨天都定好了，中午拿回来就行了”。女儿说是小猪佩奇蛋糕还是火车蛋糕，还是芭比娃娃蛋糕，很多的猜测嘀咕了一会……看着她那可爱的样子，我便微笑看着她。^

中午在家里给儿子简单过了一个2岁生日，在切蛋糕的时候，看着两个小家伙激动兴奋的样子，女儿唱起了“生日快乐”，前两块块蛋糕让她端给了爷爷奶奶，后来给妈妈，然后给弟弟，最后我切了一块相对大一点的给女儿，也是对她的奖励，有些基本的礼貌只能是做家长“直接要求”慢慢的成习惯自然也会理解。C

今天开周例会的时候，伟哥说到：“咱们店技术调音这块，可以打算安排外调学习培训，把调音技术扎扎实实的掌握！”而且还让影哥和我下去沟通商量，听完我顿时很高兴，对我们技术力量又能“增砖添瓦”，“锦上添花”！而且伟哥每月还会参加“早检”工作，亲自测试，可以看出他对6年店，音响设备的关注与重视！想到这我们技术部一定要努力工作，学习，摸索研究，不能辜负大哥们的“心”！y

这几天媳妇每天都是早上6点起床，然后去驾校练车，平时在家里自己学习科目一的试题，有的时候一些图标或者一些交警手势等等不明白为什么就会问我，知道的我都会直接解释回答，不是太明白的我也会搜索查看，也填充了自己的“科目一”；虽然以前也学习过但是时间长了就忘记了，这些理论知识也是经过实践证明后自己才感悟更深，理解更透。就像上学时老师让我们背诵文言文等理解意思就会背诵更快，“事半功倍！”r

进入教室黑板上很醒目的写到“沟通 理解 信任 包容 支持”这些字也说明了家长们要多和孩子在一起互动，以及教育时遇到问题的解决方法。通过老师们的讲述中间也有互动问答，其中一点说到：“不要让5+2=0”！意思是说一周有5天在学校老师会帮助孩子改掉一些“不良习惯”，然后孩子过个周末两天再来学校本来改过来的“不良习惯”又重复出现！所以家长们平时的行为习惯或者不管不顾教育孩子，这点是最为影响的。q

说干就干，今天准备把“气球拱形门”造型做好到时候直接移动到一楼大厅。所有工具都到位了准备到大库房拿拱形架子，找了很久但是最终只找到了两个底座，没有杆这可装不了！最后我和晓东想了很多办法，也摸索着找代替品，最后在技术部的协助下，找到了塑料PPC管，接着把管子拿到现场改良了一下，OK！t
