We are in the bear market in crypto and there is no certainty that how long it will last. No market can always perform well and correction is part of any market. Even in any market, we need to go through ups and downs which is also called the bull and bear cycle. Usually, the bear cycle in Crypto is not like other markets which means it stays for a long and this period can be even for a few years. It's been almost a year time for the bear sentiment encrypted market and seems like we have to wait a bit longer this time as compared to the past cycles. During the bull cycle, a lot of people come into Crypto when the market is in bullish sentiment because that is the time when we can make money easily if invested at a low price.
The weak hands are almost gone from the market I believe because now the situation is tough and not easy for everyone to make money instead the holding period can also belong. So one question arises what makes you stay in this bear market? If I need to answer this question then I will say that in this bear market, my thought process is only to build a bigger portfolio in terms of quantity because the value will be increased only when the market is up. Whatever I am accumulating these days is for the long term and I will be waiting for the next market recovery which may take a couple of years.
I have that patience and because of that reason, I am investing and still holding because I am ready to wait for a long period in the hope that it will bring better profitability and decent returns in the long run. This is the reason why I am staying in the Crypto market despite knowing that it is not doing great but I think it is not bad at all. I have invested over 3 years here so I am well aware of the market cycle and this is the reason why I am not worried about prices being on the lower side now.
Things can be even worse in crypto but that is not going to be an alarming situation for me, because I am prepared for the same and my vision and objective, are also already defined. Crypto is not for easy money because I don't think here you can earn money over the night but if you follow a proper strategy and discipline then I am sure the probability of earning is high.
