I know the terms in crypto and blockchain is a lot to absorb, i got my start 3-4 years ago with no knowledge at all about it - cloud mining contracts and learned a lot by watching UTube videos on the topics.

However, at the time had I just bought the crypto instead of the mining contracts, I would have been a lot better.
