Super grateful to be on a nice little family holiday away, near the sea.
In my last vlog, I talked about what I do on Steemit, and talked about how I'm trying to find a good balance, so I don't burn out.
It's been an intense start to the year, and I'm really glad we finally get a chance to just wind down and recharge a bit.
These driving signs are all over the place we're staying, and I thought they were super relevant!
I decided to do this vlog, when we were chilling at the beach, all doing our own thing.
We are a sea-loving family, hearing the waves and smelling the sea always grounds us.
It's so important (and fulfilling) to be present, to recharge and ground yourself.
Bonus pic of this amazing tiny rock I found, that had a heart on it!
Especially to avoid those Steem Burn outs, that seemed to be doing the rounds last month.
It's all about finding a good balance, right?
