Hoy les quiero compartir mi almuerzo de hoy, preparando pechuga de pollo salteada con mucho ajo y cebolla morada, el ajo es un ingrediente bastante fuerte, pero a mi personalmente me encanta su sabor y me encanta agregarle muchísimo ajo, casi siempre me gusta acompañar este pollo con un poco de arroz y tambien puré de papas, pero tambien he probado mezclándolo con salsa bechamel y pasta y queda exquisito. Es una preparación sencilla pero deliciosa. > Hello, everyone. Today I want to share what I had for lunch: sautéed chicken breast with plenty of garlic and red onion. Empecé fileteando las pechugas de pollo para luego picarlas en cuadritos y agregarlas a un sartén con un poco de aceite, tambien al mismo tiempo voy agregando sal y pimienta. > I started by slicing the chicken breasts, then diced them and added them to a skillet with a little oil, seasoning them with salt and pepper as I went.

Tambien agregue otros condimentos, salsa de soya y salsa inglesa, también me gusta agregarle salsa de ajo pero en ese momento ya no me quedaba y adobo que para mi es algo que nunca puede faltar le da un sabor mas delicioso a todo. Vamos a sofreír el pollo por unos minutos hasta que cambie un poco de color y mientras tanto podemos ir picando el ajo y la cebolla, en este caso use 4 cabezas de ajo y media cebolla morada. > I also added other seasonings, like soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Despues de picar el ajo y la cebolla, esperare unos minutos para dejar que el pollo se cocine bien y a mi me gusta colocarle un poco de agua y dejarlo secar, cuando ya este secándose, le comienzo a añadir la cebolla y el ajo y dejo sofreír hasta que la cebolla y el ajo estén dorados, una vez listo servir con un delicioso puré de papas y arroz. > After chopping the garlic and onion, I’ll wait a few minutes to let the chicken cook through. Quedo bastante bueno, lo malo es que se fue la luz mientras cocinaba y no llego nunca, eso me bajo los ánimos un poco cuando ya era la hora de comer porque siempre me gusta acompañar mis comidas viendo algo en la tv jaja. Este pollo tambien sabe muy bueno agregando pimentón, asi que tambien es una opción. > It turned out pretty good, but the downside is that the power went out while I was cooking and never came back on.
