Color Work
It's been a busy week for the family and me. I've been able to catch a couple hours every other day to focus on this piece. I am almost finished, all I need is to clean up the white areas and go over everything with a fine tipped Micron Brush Pen. I've never used brush pens, they leak easily but they don't clog when going over water based paints. This coming Friday I will post the finished piece.
I am starting several other paintings as well and will be posting drawings and ideas this week.
Also I have several articles in the works regarding my study of calm abiding (shamatha) and insight (vipaśyanā)through the Vajrayana tradition of Mahamudra. I'm so excited about finally learning this system through study, discussion with other students, and applying my studies through meditation!
