It sounds intriguing, but I am a little apprehensive by the possibility that the chance to make 20% with HBD will significantly reduce ant reasons to hold Hive.
It might render content creation meaningless in the sense that if nobody holds Hive Power for upvotes, what's the point of blogging, at all?
