This is Castle peak in the eye of a storm on Donner Summit. I saw a post earlier from @skypilot of the Castle Peaks in the New York mountains of Nevada so I figured I'd share some photos I took winter

This unique formation is known as Castle Peaks. Not to be confused with Castle Peak which is near Donner Pass along I-80, these peaks are located in the East Mojave National Scenic Area, along the northeast
