So, after thinking about it for a while, I bit the bullet and bought my first Transformers in ages. Meet the Power of the Primes Dinobots...
These new toys were surprisingly large for a Combiner. I was also amused that they had clear plastic to simulate sheen, since the parts can't be die-cast metal any more.
I haven't played with Transformers in a while, so I had a bit of fun trying to transform them without reading the instructions. And lo and behold, I was able to transform them to robots and back!
Haven't tried making their combined form yet. Maybe that's a post for another day.
