Succulent beef pieces are marinated in a blend of homemade lemongrass paste, savory seasonings, and a hint of sweetness, offering an authentic taste experience.

Ingredients
🥩 2 kilograms Pot Roast Boneless Beef, Brand: Kirkland, Canadian Beef AAA
🌿 1 cup Lemongrass paste, Homemade
🐔 2 tablespoons Chicken Stock Mix
🌽 1/2 cup Corn oil
🍚 10 tablespoons Sugar (adjust to taste: 5 tbsp per kilo for sweet or 4 tbsp per kilo for less sweet)
🧂 1 package Satay Seasoning Mix, Brand: WAN THAI; use only packet B
🍖 1 package Roast Red Pork Seasoning Mix, Brand: WAN THAI; use 1.5 sachets from the package
Instructions
1- Slice the Beef:
- Unpack the 2 kg of boneless pot roast beef.
- Slice it along the grain into 1-inch thick pieces.
- Ensure the slices are neither too thin nor too thick.
2- Mix Ingredients:
- In a large stainless steel mixing bowl, combine the sliced beef with 1.5 sachets of the Roast Red Pork Seasoning Mix.
- Add packet B of the Satay Seasoning Mix, 1 cup of lemongrass paste, 2 tablespoons of chicken stock mix, 1/2 cup of corn oil, and sugar.
- Adjust to taste.
3- Marinate the Beef:
- Wear blue nitrile gloves.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly with your hands to coat the beef well.
- Let it marinate for 3-5 minutes.
4- Soak Skewers:
- While the beef is marinating, soak bamboo skewers in water.
- Ensure soaking lasts for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
5- Prepare and Skewer:
- Preheat the Wolf Range Oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Flatten pieces of marinated beef onto the soaked bamboo skewers.
- Distribute the meat evenly.
6- Bake the Skewers:
- Arrange the skewers on an aluminum baking tray lined with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-30 minutes.
- Check regularly for even cooking and desired doneness.
