Yup, you read that right when there’s no actual work to be done I keep myself busy working on my limited edition Gatorade Model Car.
I have really altered the mini vehicle toy. This is not a cheap toy and of course it is not a toy for children. Unless you are me! A big kid at heart I enjoy adult kid entertainment.
Met this Central or South American fella that was itching to dust me. We met back at the local hobby shop. Today, he offered a challenge I just could not refuse.
I allowed the guy to show off his model and he even did tricks and was really getting a bit carried away and I let him. I was sure of what I had. His bet was fair and I accepted. However, all the while he never saw what I was bringing to the table. Once he saw he liked my model though he was still pretty overconfident on his model car.
Now it was time for playing! I swerved my vehicle right past him. His vehicle was doing about 78 MPH. I allowed my model to go around his cars pace. I did not have any intentions to scare him off quite so quickly. Until about the second lap! Then his eyes widened I disbelief at the speed my car went. I demonstrated what my cel clocked...it was well over 80 MPH.
To be honest my model car can go 100 MPH! I dusted the guy and his car on all laps. Of course I won. I actually won the bet—his model car. He was blown away and I opened the car revealing what it was actually made of. He was highly impressed and could not believe the way I altered the model car. The guy did not even think such alterations were even possible. I think next time he will have a better car and less cockiness.
