So today is Father’s Day in North America. So happy Father’s Day to all who have been blessed like I, with a child to call you Daddy.
My Father’s Day is not a joyous occasion as it should, I do not have the privilege to enjoy at least one special day with my only child. You see my child and I are in two opposite ends so to speak. My child in the Caribbean and I in the states.
My only hope and wish on Father’s Day is the privilege of an ex-wife allowing me to speak with my child (my world). I often do not get to be blessed in that manner. Unfortunately, money and vengeance in this case is always the root of all evil and my woes.
No matter how hard I try my heart usually ends in pieces.
This is my broken letter to my child. Someday I hope I will get to have my quality time.
